I just want to say how much I value and rely on the support from your staff. The strain of caring for (service user) day in and day out is immense as he is deteriorating, and, despite also having some night sits from Marie Curie, I feel under pressure a lot of the time.
It can't be easy ensuring there are always staff to attend all your service users, at the right time and in the right way, but I have come to rely on the times when the girls diffuse the tension and calm (service user) with their humour and professionalism.
Thank you and all your colleagues who work to ensure we both benefit from (service user's) care package.
