I wanted to email you and thank you all for the care that you gave my mother whilst she was staying with us. I was extremely impressed by the professionalism that your company showed from the initial interview to the high standard of care that all the staff gave to my mother.
The carers were wonderful with Mum, showing initiative when needed, which was much appreciated by me. For me, hearing the carers chat away to Mum was a delight and I was able to have a break knowing that she was in good hands. Thank you.
